My time-of-service fees are:

Initial consultation and treatment: $185

Subsequent treatments: $105

I accept FSA and HSA cards, in addition to all major credit cards, checks, and cash. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you a coded receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Your appointment time is reserved for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in my day that could have been used by another patient. As such, I require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24-hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $45 cancellation fee. Fees are waived for emergencies, inclement weather, illness, or COVID-19 related cancellations.
